AC/DC, FOO FIGHTERS, LENNY KRAVITZ, SLASH Featured In 30-Year Retrospective From Music Photographer SCARLET PAGE

Legendary music photographer Scarlet Page has spent more than three decades capturing music legends live on stage. On the road with the FOO FIGHTERS, in Robbie Williams's dressing room, in the pit at Glastonbury — Scarlet has built one of rock music photography's greatest live music archives.

In her new exhibition, "Held: Three Decades Of Artists And Their Gibson Guitars", on display at Gibson Garage London from September 23, 2026 through February 2027, Scarlet Page curates more than 30 years of music portraits celebrating the power of live performance and the enduring legacy of Gibson guitars.

Alex Turner is captured at Glastonbury 2023 during the ARCTIC MONKEYS' triumphant return to Worthy Farm, AC/DC's Angus Young is shot while supporting THE ROLLING STONES in 2003, a snap of THE DARKNESS comes from Page's year on the road with the band in 2004 as their official photographer, and Paul Weller is caught backstage at Royal Albert Hall for a Teenage Cancer Trust benefit, a charity Page has supported throughout her career.

Jeff Buckley's iconic 1995 Pyramid Stage career-defining performance is captured by Page in the exhibition.

Slash is snapped in a quick portrait session at Hollywood's Sunset Marquee hotel where Page recalls Slash was in a rush to get to his kids' sports game in time but still "became his iconic self for the camera in moments."

Also featured in "Held" are Lenny Kravitz, Jack White, Jimmy Page, WOLF ALICE, Cat Stevens, Michael Kiwanuaka, PLACEBO's Brian Molko, STEREOPHONICS' Kelly Jones, THE CURE's Robert Smith, THE STONE ROSES' John Squire, Robbie Williams, GEESE's Cameron Winter and KISS's Paul Stanley.

Scarlet Page has been capturing some of the world's most influential rock musicians since 1993. Page's first published shot was of SOUNDGARDEN singer Chris Cornell. It made the back cover of Raw magazine and began her career shooting for publications. This was soon followed by live photography of THE BEASTIE BOYS and THE SMASHING PUMPKINS during the 1994 Lollapalooza tour where Page says she "cut her teeth". Her breakthrough came the following year when one of Page's images was chosen for THE VERVE's "A Northern Soul" album cover. The album went on to be THE VERVE's first top 20 album, a major moment for both Page and the band. Since then, Page has had backstage access and a front row seat to some of the greatest performers in the world.

In the often male-dominated world of rock, Scarlet became one of the most prominent female rock photographers of her generation.

Now more than ever, we need live music and I hope this exhibition reminds people of the power it has to bring us together. The collection brings together live, candid and studio moments, each capturing a different side of the artists I've had the privilege to photograph and their relationship with their Gibson."
